FAQ

How is the massage performed if the therapist doesn't carry a massage table?

The massage is performed on a normal bed or on the floor. All practitioners are trained to carry out the treatments to the highest standard without a massage table.

Do you provide a massage table?

Yes, but treatments with a massage table incur a supplementary charge of £15.

How should I prepare for a massage?

We kindly ask you to provide a big towel/sheet to protect your bed/floor from the oil. Additionally, you will need a towel to cover your body. You can dim the lights and play your favourite relaxing music or alternatively you can choose from the therapist’s playlist.

Should I inform the therapist about any health issues?

Before starting a massage, the therapist will discuss with you your preferences and medical conditions. Certain contraindications may make it impossible to carry out the treatment. In the case that you suffer from certain conditions, we strongly advise you to inform us while booking in order for us to assess any issues prior to the massage.

What if a therapist uses too firm or too light pressure?

During the massage, you can inform the therapist if you feel any discomfort or if you require more/less pressure. The therapist will listen and adjust the pressure accordingly.

What should I wear?

You are allowed to undress to your level of comfort but you will need to remain covered by your towel throughout the session.

Do you offer sexual services?

No.
Our therapists solely provide professional treatments so please don’t offend them by requesting sexual acts. Any attempts at sexual behaviour, harassment or expression of inappropriate thoughts will result in the immediate termination of the treatment and the full cost of the service being charged. Such behaviour will be reported to the relevant authorities.

How can I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel the appointment up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled time by phoning, texting or e-mailing.

What are the payment options?

Currently, we only accept payments in cash.
